Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events such as seminars, exhibits, trade shows, conferences, and customer activations
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including registration, setup, program flow, and on-site coordination
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful execution
- Handle operational requirements such as permits, equipment, and venue arrangements
- Prepare event timelines, checklists, and budgets to keep activities on track and within scope
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and maintaining marketing records
- Ensure all documentation, permits, and approvals are complete and compliant
- Assist in preparing post-event reports with insights and recommendations
- Provide on-site supervision and support to ensure a smooth and engaging event experience
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, administrative support, or related role
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience in events, marketing operations, or similar roles is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
