    Marketing Coordinator

    Job Description

    What You’ll Do:

    • Support the planning and execution of marketing events such as seminars, exhibits, trade shows, conferences, and customer activations
    • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including registration, setup, program flow, and on-site coordination
    • Coordinate with venues, vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful execution
    • Handle operational requirements such as permits, equipment, and venue arrangements
    • Prepare event timelines, checklists, and budgets to keep activities on track and within scope
    • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and maintaining marketing records
    • Ensure all documentation, permits, and approvals are complete and compliant
    • Assist in preparing post-event reports with insights and recommendations
    • Provide on-site supervision and support to ensure a smooth and engaging event experience

    Job Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, administrative support, or related role
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability
    • Experience in events, marketing operations, or similar roles is an advantage
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
