    Staffing and Development Specialist

    Job Description

    We are looking for a Staffing and Development Specialist who will play a key role in driving strategic recruitment and strengthening external HR branding. This role is critical to supporting our company’s rapid growth and will take ownership of specialized staffing and development functions, ensuring that recruitment and employee development initiatives are managed with focus and accountability.

    Minimum 5 years of HR/recruitment experience is required.

    A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning
      • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with hiring forecasts.
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and design job descriptions.
      • Mentor and upskill HR/recruitment staff and interns to build a strong HR pipeline.
      • Team leadership experience is preferred.
    • Branding & External Communications
      • Support employer branding and external communications to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation among prospective candidates.
      • Maintain partnerships with universities, professional associations, and recruitment networks.
      • Represent the company in career fairs, partnership meetings, and industry events, as necessary.
    • Talent Development Support
      • Assist in onboarding and career pathing programs.
      • Assume training functions, including supporting employee development sessions.
      • Basic facilitation experience for training delivery is required. Experience in learning and development frameworks is preferred.
      • Partner with HR Manager on succession planning and learning and growth frameworks.
