Reading Program Specialist

Job Description

The Reading Program Specialist assists in evaluating programs and establishing guidelines for implementation. We are looking for someone with substantial and progressive experience as a reading and/or English teacher, and who is capable of delivering in-person and virtual product presentations. The incumbent supports classroom teachers and school administrators with the successful adoption and implementation of our research-based program and other learning solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Substantial classroom experience in basic education and literacy advocacy
  • EdTech training or experience, and familiarity with several learning platforms
  • Insightful solutions regarding classroom challenges in the new normal
  • Coaching and collaboration skills
  • Confidence in presenting before a professional audience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A keen interest in establishing a corporate career while maintaining a close association with the educational sector
