On March 6, 2026, Hotel Seoul became a hub of inspiration as educators from across the region gathered for the Capacity Building Program for Educators. This dynamic event offered teachers a unique opportunity to explore practical strategies, exchange ideas, and strengthen their skills to create more meaningful learning experiences for their students.

The program featured sessions led by remarkable resource speakers who shared their expertise and sparked new ideas:

    • Ms. Elsie Torreno & Ms. Daphne Aurora Guanlao – Guided teachers on nurturing social-emotional intelligence and fostering innovative play in early childhood classrooms, helping young learners thrive emotionally and cognitively.
    • Mr. Virzon Sarao – Presented actionable approaches for teaching Araling Panlipunan, aligned with the Revised K–10 Curriculum, making lessons more relevant and engaging for students.
    • Dr. Milagros dela Cruz – Shared transformative pedagogical techniques that empower teachers to create vibrant and interactive classroom experiences.
    • Ms. Marianne Bada – Introduced contextualized and values-driven strategies in Science instruction, equipping students with the skills needed to become future-ready learners. 🔬

The seminar was made truly impactful by the active participation of dedicated teachers, whose enthusiasm and commitment to professional growth were evident throughout the sessions. Their willingness to learn, share, and apply new strategies underscores the vital role educators play in shaping the future of education.

This gathering served as a powerful reminder: when educators are equipped, inspired, and connected, students benefit from classrooms that are more engaging, inclusive, and transformative.
