Improving the system (process, procedures, policies) and seeing it work for the better achievement of the Production group’s targets, working with creative and bright people, interacting with people from the academe and publishing and bouncing ideas off of them, learning more about the industry from seminars and workshops that the company lets me attend—these are what I like most about my job.
I am thankful for the regular managers’ meetings that were held at the start of the pandemic which served as moral support from the management. Offering loans to employees was a compassionate move by the company despite its financial limitations. I also appreciate the considerations given to employees in terms of flexible work setup and the transporting of office equipment to the staff’s homes. HR’s regular online health checks are also noteworthy. Lastly, Tuesday Almusals with the company President was an admirable move for him to reach out to employees on a personal basis.
