On February 7, 2026, in Naga City at Sundaze Hotel, passionate educators came together for a powerful Capacity Building Program for Educators—a day dedicated to professional growth, collaboration, and future-ready teaching.
The promo seminar featured three breakout room sessions, each designed to equip teachers with practical strategies and deeper insights for today’s evolving classrooms.
The first breakout session focused on “Nurturing Social-Emotional Intelligence and Innovative Play in Early Childhood Education,” led by Dr. Ida Grace Baylon and Ms. Goldine Ramoso. Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, early learners’ teachers discovered meaningful ways to strengthen social-emotional development and enhance their teaching skills using creative and learner-centered approaches.
As testimony to the session’s impact and value, one participant remarked, “We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain valuable insights that will help us create more meaningful and engaging experiences for our young learners.”
The succeeding breakout sessions highlighted “Transformative Pedagogy: Implementing Contextualized, Values-Driven, and Future-Ready Teaching (A Seminar-Workshop).”
In the Araling Panlipunan session, educators explored meaningful ways to teach the subject through the Revised K–10 Curriculum, guided by Mr. Eduardo Baylon. Discussions centered on contextualized learning, values formation, and preparing learners to understand society with deeper awareness and responsibility. Meanwhile, the Science breakout room, led by Ms. Marianne Bada, energized teachers with future-ready and learner-centered science strategies. Participants discovered practical approaches that spark curiosity, encourage inquiry, and make science learning more engaging and relevant in today’s classrooms.
Two sessions, one shared mission—empowering educators to shape informed, curious, and values-driven learners. ✨
More than a seminar, the gathering became a celebration of dedication, shared wisdom, and the unwavering mission to shape learners who are prepared not only for school—but for life.
A heartfelt thank you to all the educators who joined us in Naga! Your passion, participation, and commitment to teaching made this event truly meaningful.
