Educators gathered in Baguio for the Abiva Capacity Building Program for Educators, a meaningful day of learning, collaboration, and professional growth focused on enhancing teaching practices aligned with the Revised K–10 Curriculum.
Participants gained valuable insights from our resource speakers: Ms. Elsie Torreno and Ms. Daphne Aurora Guanlao, who discussed strategies in early childhood education to enhance teaching approaches that support holistic learner development; Mr. Virzon Sarao, who shared practical and engaging methods in teaching Araling Panlipunan aligned with the Revised K–10 Curriculum; and Mr. Rodolfo Amarillo, who presented effective strategies in Science education designed to strengthen conceptual understanding and develop learners’ critical-thinking skills.
Through these sessions, educators were equipped with refreshed perspectives and practical techniques to further improve classroom instruction and better respond to the needs of today’s learners. Through programs like this, Abiva Publishing House remains committed to supporting teachers by providing meaningful professional development opportunities that strengthen teaching and learning in schools.
Thank you to all the dedicated educators who joined us in Baguio and made the day truly impactful.
