Last March 28, 2026, educators gathered at Chali Beach Resort, Cagayan de Oro for a meaningful day of learning, collaboration, and professional growth through the Abiva Capacity Building Program for Educators.

Participants gained valuable insights from our dedicated resource speakers: Ms. Elsie Torreno and Ms. Daphne Aurora Guanlao, who shared strategies in fostering social-emotional development and creative play among young learners; Ms. Grace Talosig, who provided effective approaches to strengthen learners’ communication and language skills; and Ms. Marianne Bada, who introduced engaging and values-driven strategies to help develop curious and future-ready learners.

Through these sessions, teachers were equipped with practical tools and fresh perspectives to create more engaging, meaningful, and learner-centered classrooms.
