MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s marketing strategy and expanding its reach in the publishing industry. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that showcase the company’s K to 10 Textbooks of educational offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the publishing or education sector
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful, data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to inform decision-making
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management, and analytics
  • Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to achieve marketing goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and services
  • Collaborating with the editorial and sales teams to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Implementing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, print, and social media campaigns
  • Analyzing market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and refine marketing initiatives
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient utilization of resources
  • Fostering strong relationships with key industry partners, distributors, and media outlets
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities, and continuously optimizing campaigns based on insights
