2. Online book orders will be confirmed by Abiva’s Account Coordinators by phone or email before they are processed.
3. Online orders from parents are treated as “walk-in” sales (no delivery).
4. Orders from entities other than educators and schools e.g., foundations, PTAs, NGOs, or even individuals buying books intended for donation are subject to the following:
• Minimum P 10,000 purchase. Below this amount, orders are cash on pickup basis.
• Cash on delivery (COD). Free delivery if within Metro Manila.
• Prepaid basis if books are to be delivered outside Metro Manila.
• Freight or delivery charges are to the account of buyer.
• A copy of the deposit slip is required prior to processing of order.
